Hi, I’m Katerina, the artist behind SIDIRO Art Studio.

I’ve been drawing and creating since I was a child. I started with sketches and charcoal, experimenting with shapes, shadows and different ways of bringing an idea to life. Over the years, that curiosity stayed with me and gradually grew into something more.

Today, I mainly work on canvas, experimenting with textures, layers, materials and different techniques. I’m drawn to both dark, dramatic compositions and softer, lighter ones, often playing with black, beige, warm tones and subtle details.

I rarely start a painting knowing exactly how it will look in the end. Sometimes an idea simply comes to me, and that is where the journey begins. I start experimenting, adding layers, changing things along the way and letting the artwork develop naturally.

What I love most is that every painting becomes its own little journey. There is no fixed formula or perfect plan — just an idea, a canvas and the freedom to see where it takes me.

SIDIRO Art Studio is a space where I can explore these ideas, experiment freely and, most importantly, feel like myself through creating.
